Eric Pennington has been committed to the reduction of hazardous pollutants in our environment. By adopting state of the art equipment, techniques and water based PPG Environbase, we have been able to reduce approximately 50% of V.O.C. or solvent waste!

We were one of only two shops in the entire 9 county Bay Area that adopted the use of PPG’s Environbase™ back in 2007, three year before it was mandated in late 2009. We were one of 3 finalists for the SAMCEDA award for reduction of hazardous pollutants of up to 50%. We competed with Webcor builders and PG&E for that honor, both companies being expotentially larger then our family owned business, not bad!
